Terms & Conditions

General

• Payments must be completed in full to confirm registration.
• A confirmation email will be issued upon successful payment.
• Full Refund: Cancellations made within 20 days of the original purchase date are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
• Partial Refund (85%): Cancellations made after the 20-day purchase window and up until October 19, 2026 (1.5 months before the forum on December 4) will receive a refund of the full amount minus a 15% administrative fee.
• Partial Refund (35%): Cancellations made after October 19 and up until November 20, 2026 (2 weeks before the forum) will receive a 50% refund, minus a 15% administrative fee — resulting in a net refund of 35% of the original ticket price.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the forum (after November 20, 2026).
• Tickets are strictly non-transferable and are valid only for the original purchaser. Name changes and transfers to another individual are not permitted under any circumstances. If you wish to register a different person, please submit a cancellation request in accordance with the refund policy above and purchase a new ticket for the intended attendee.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us at registration@arij.net. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
• No shows are not eligible for refunds.
• Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.
• The ticket holder is responsible for checking the date, time, location of the forum.
• All attendees and their belongings are subject to security checks upon entry.
• Prohibited items will be confiscated. The organizer and security personnel reserve the right to remove any item deemed a security risk.
• ARIJ reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, venue, or format (e.g., switching to a fully virtual format) as necessary. In case of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, ARIJ will notify all participants and outline available options.
• All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
• By attending the ARIJ Forum, you must make sure to review the photography consent agreement in the registration form. ARIJ may use these materials for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
• Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for event-related communication, coordination, and support.
• Regular ticket price is $250. Ticket purchases are subject to transaction fees, which will be included in the total ticket price displayed at checkout.
• Please ensure you use the same email address for all communications related to the ARIJ Forum. This is extremely important.
• If you are registering using bank cards from the following Arab countries: Libya, Syria, Sudan, Yemen, and Somalia or worldwide from Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of the Congo, Myanmar, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Haiti, and Liberia, please note that online payment is currently not available. To complete your registration, you must contact us at logistics@arij.net to arrange an alternative payment method.

Code of Conduct

All participants/speakers must respect privacy, different opinions, social identities, and not discriminate or stereotype regardless of race, colour, belief, religion, gender, nationality, or disability. ARIJ will not tolerate discrimination, racism, hate speech, harassment, or any inappropriate behaviour, and such acts will result in expulsion from the events and activities of the Forum and ARIJ.
