Frequently Asked Questions
The ARIJ 19th annual forum will take place December 4–6, 2026 in Jordan. The forum, held under the theme “Stories with Impact,” serves as a dynamic space where journalists, media professionals, newsrooms’ leaders, academics, fact-checkers, lawyers and independent media supporters come together to advocate for a media landscape liberated from "ready-made agendas," realigning the focus toward the human experience. That is where this year’s theme originates from.
Tens of parallel activities happen over the full three days from early morning to evening, and the agenda will be available early November on the forum website. Don't forget to follow our social media platforms and subscribe to our newsletter, which will have updates on our agenda, speakers, activities, and much more.
Speakers will be announced in the months leading up to the forum. Please stay tuned!
