He worked as a professor and head of the Journalism and Media Department at Yarmouk University in Jordan, and also served as a media consultant for the Population Communication Program at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Rifai has worked for many regional and international organisations such as UNICEF and UNESCO. He holds Master's and PhD degrees in Media Policy from the United States.

She currently serves as the Head of the Cultural Channel on Egyptian Television, which is affiliated with the National Media Authority.

He holds a Master's degree in Media Studies. Zaven also lectures at several Lebanese universities and heads ZAK Media House, a media consultancy and production company. He currently hosts a television show and a podcast while remaining actively engaged in several projects.

She took her first steps in investigative journalism with ARIJ and went on to contribute to cross-border investigations published by leading international media outlets, including Lighthouse Reports, The Guardian, Der Spiegel, BBC, and others. She is the founder and editor of Women Who Won the War, an Arab women investigative journalists network.

He has specialized in migration and asylum issues for the past fifteen years. He co-founded the Moroccan Network of Migration Journalists, in 2018. In 2021, he launched "Enass", the first Moroccan media platform specializing in migrations and human rights issues.

An investigative journalist, senior editor and coach at ARIJ since 2021. He began his media career in 2008 as a radio and television news and program presenter and editor, gradually transitioning into television investigative production and advanced editorial work. His contributions span multiple fields, including environmental journalism, and economic journalism, and has served as Editor-in-Chief of the Palestinian website Al-Iqtisadi since 2022. Firas is a trainer and mentor in journalistic writing, editing, and proofreading, and a trainer in investigating environmental violations and utilizing artificial intelligence for journalism. He graduated from Birzeit University in 2008 with a degree in Radio and Television.

Farah brings years of experience teaching Radio and Television at the university level, focusing on documentary production, media campaigns, and broadcast production. She holds a Master's degree in Radio and Television. Farah joined ARIJ in 2021, where she serves as a Senior Editor, investigative journalist, and coach. She specializes in human rights stories, gender-based violence, with a dedicated focus on covering and coaching stories from conflict zones and war-torn countries. During her work at ARIJ, Farah coached several impactful investigations and led a three-year project training journalists in Jordan. Her training expertise centers on investigative journalism and reporting on human rights, and she is an active member of the DEIB initiative within ARIJ.

An investigative journalist and coach at ARIJ since 2021. He has conducted and contributed to cross-border investigations that have won and/or been shortlisted for several awards, in collaboration with ARIJ, the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ), Deutsche Welle (DW), and the Center for International Asset Recovery (CIFAR), in cooperation with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). He also contributed to major projects including the FinCEN Files (2020), the Pandora Papers (2021), the Cyprus Confidential (2023), and the Damascus Files (2025), led by the ICIJ.
